
Why does Fedex not just create, (or enforce the use of), a status that suggests the delay was not the result of a failed delivery attempt? Like "Operational delay" or similar. If no, why send out multiple emails promising a sunday delivery? No dogs, gates, access codes or physical access issue for the truck. (No tire or foot marks on the 1" of snow on my 200' driveway.

I know that it's easy to argue that I probably missed the truck, however I can prove that no delivery was attempted in several different ways. Then at 08:54: Your package is delayed, now scheduled Mon "Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed" Sun March 12th 07:06am: Your package is now out form delivery today: Sun between 9:50am and 1:50pm Sat March 11th: Your package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Emails from fedex are:įri March 10th: Your package is on the way. Package on it's way, listed as delivery today.
